It should appear something like this once you've done it: "https://tankionline.com/battle-en.html?flash=true#emailChangeHash=XXXXXXXX". Make sure Flash is enabled in your browser setting, or enable it if prompted.

Hey, you should press the "P" button to renew the inactivity timer, did this happen even after you were doing it?

Unfortunately, there isn't. I believe you were banned on chat, if so, you have to send a Forum PM to one of the Chat Administrators, which doesn't require an e-mail address.
