Unable to enter account / no access to email

If you are unable to log into your account

1. Make sure you are using the correct keyboard layout.

2. Make sure CapsLock is disabled.

3. If all this is correct and you still can't enter the correct password, click on the "Lost nickname or password?" button on the login screen.
